LUBBOCK, TX -- The City of Lubbock Health Department is warning patrons who ate at the Cheddar's restaurant on the South Loop in the last two weeks to see their doctor. That's after a former employee with the restaurant tested positive for Hepatitis A.

According to WECT, line-ups for post-exposure hepatatis A vaccine and IgG shots are expected at a Fayetteville, NC Olive Garden after a foodhandler who worked in late July and early August has tested positive for the virus.

Labrador-Grenfell Health is advising the public that a case of Hepatitis A has been confirmed in Labrador City. According to a news release, the individual recently returned from outside the country and is a food service worker at Tim Horton’s in Labrador City.

St. Louis Public School District released a letter from the Mid-Michigan District Health Department Friday, reporting a case of Hepatitis A found in a school worker. Dr. Robert Graham, medical director for MMDHD, said there is no current cause for alarm, but the district sent home copies of Graham’s letter to parents as a precautionary measure.
