    A major western Canadian grocery chain has been selling produce advertised as "B.C. Grown" that came from the United States or elsewhere, CBC News has found. Several examples were discovered in two Save-On-Foods locations in the Vancouver area, as well as at other stores.

    Amy and Sorenne took the Easter eggs they painted a few days ago and turned them into egg salad today. The painted eggs were at room temperature for less than two hours and then refrigerated; a cracked egg was tossed out.

    Last week, Subway announced that it will cut sodium levels in sandwiches by 15–28 percent. This is in addition to a previous 15 percent sodium reduction that was implemented earlier. Subway deserves credit for taking the initiative on sodium reduction in processed meats and for giving consumers healthy dietary choices.
