Food porn over safety

The New York Times writing about food – and especially food safety – is like Kristen Stewart talking about the 4th of July.
Aioli can be a fine dip, but there is no need to endanger guests by using raw egg. Although according to the recipe, the eggs must be free-range and organic. K-Stew?
