Johannesburg -- Three people have died of intestinal illness in a Pretoria East care facility for the physically and mentally impaired, the Gauteng department of health said on Tuesday.
"There was a diarrhoea outbreak at that particular home. We suspect it to be Shigella," spokesperson Simon Zwane said.
