All information from restaurant inspections is provided by the health departments in Christian, Todd and Trigg counties. A minimum score of 85 with no critical violations is considered passing. Restaurants have a chance to increase their scores by correcting critical problems while the inspector is on site. Inspectors will conduct a follow-up inspection if the score is below 85, or if there is a critical violation.
OAK GROVE
Jersey Mike’s Subs — 98

Scored 98 out of 100 during a regular inspection.
There were no critical violations.
Minor violations included motor space unclean at bottom of deli meat reach-in refrigerator and floors throughout kitchen area lack frequent cleaning.
Old South Bar-B-Q — 93
11300 Bell Station Road, Oak Grove
Scored 93 out of 100 during a regular inspection.
A critical violation was dishwasher not working properly.
Minor violations included walk-in freezer leaking condensation, gaskets on reach-in freezer lack frequent cleaning and leak at faucet of hand sink.
HOPKINSVILLE
Caffeine Rush — 96
4130 Madisonville Road
Scored 96 out of 100 during a regular inspection.
There were no critical violations.
Minor violations included wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizer, drip at faucet of three-compartment sink, floors lack frequent cleaning around edges, wall in poor repair in kitchen and ceiling is not easily cleanable.
East Meets West — 93
201 Clinic Drive
Scored 84 out of 100 during a regular inspection and 93 out of 100 during an immediate follow-up inspection.
There were no critical violations.
Minor violations included several bulk items and containers with food product not labeled, gaskets on small reach-in cooler by grill in poor repair, fan guard in some reach-in coolers in poor repair, need signs informing employees to wash hands at all hand sinks, light shields in poor repair in walk-in units and debris and unused equipment cluttering area around Dumpster.
Walmart Supercenter — 94 (food), 99 (retail)
300 Clinic Drive
Scored 94 out of 100 (food) and 99 out of 100 (retail) during a regular inspection.
A critical violation was rinse gauge showing 200 degrees and final rinse only at 154 degrees in bakery.
Minor violations included Crock-Pot in deli in poor repair, vents in meat room and coolers lack frequent cleaning, end cap reach-in lack frequent cleaning on bottom shelves and utensils drying on an absorbent towel in bakery
