TENNESSEE: Restaurant ratings

The following are the Montgomery County Health Department's food service establishment inspection scores and the Department of Agriculture's retail establishment scores. Food service establishments are closed when immediate danger to public health is present and are reinspected within 20 days if they have critical violations. Retail establishments, such as grocery stores and convenience stores selling food, are reinspected when they score below 70. Critical violations must be corrected within 10 days of the inspection regardless of score.
